ICC denies Match Fixing Allegations
ICC denies that there is nay evidence of match fixing between India and Pakistan semi final. ICC, chairman Mr.Haroon Lorgat said that "There is no such kind of Match Fixing allegations because we have to tell a thing that the players might not even know as we made some arrangements to follow all the players and as expected no one was found to be guilty in the match fixing allegations and we are sure that no such sort of things would have happened during the World Cup.""So people should not believe the rumour which are spreading through televisions and Newspapers.Coming back to the Domestic Cricket, some news were been saying that due to the low money out there as a profit, more match fixing deal can be done.It is all fake reports. And we conclude that these reports will be strictly viewed if this continues still" said Lorgat.
What senior say about this:-

Bishan Singh Bedi said that "I was really upset when I heard that Team India's name was also coming under the fixing allegations.Being a part of the Indian team at the past I was also upset and don't know what do they expect from us.If any sort of Match fixing have took place means then the ICC would be taking actions and I advice many of them to spread these type of comments".
BCCI official said that "Unless or Until, The ICC asks us we would not be able to start the investigation among the players. If they request us then we will proceed on and many of them are saying that Bowlers were given some money to give extra runs and Batsman were given money to score less runs.We will be keeping mum until the ICC asks us".
