It is time to listen to the hymns of the green, the giggling of birds, the babbling of rivers and the voice of the innocent heart; it is time for the spirit of the times. Zeitgeist, Indian Institute of Technology Ropar’s annual cultural Festival is back in its second reincarnation. In its short existence it has already proven to provide a stage to a plethora of talents. From dance to music and from quizzing to seminars, Zeitgeist in its previous two versions has seen mass participation and approval from the student fraternity. Zeitgeist also offers frills in the form of two star nights and a SPICMACAY, through which it tries to join the modern with the traditional, the new with the old. You can call it fusion and that’s exactly what Zeitgeist is all about; fusing fun with memories and stage with rewards.So, come to test yourself, to enhance your skills and reputation, to mingle with the humming birds,to dance with the winds, to move with celerity with the herbs, to rectify the undone things, to have fun just for the sake of fun, to pay homage to the spirit of living again and to the spirit of the times again.
