Salman Khan may face 10 years jail for Hit and run case-

Bollywood dabanng may have to face 10 years jail for Hit and run case Hit.This is the news which will hurt salman khan fans.Plea of the Maharashtra government that he should be tried under section 304 (II) of Indian Penal Code (culpable homicide not amounting to murder), a graver offence, in the 2002 hit and run case is accepted by the Magistrate’s court.

Salman presently is tried under section 304 (I), which means rash and negligent driving in which he can at  maximum get punishment of two years while if he will be get imposed with  Section 304 (II) then he will get maximum punishment for ten years.

Punishment given to Salman khan on for Hit and run case-

“Salman would have to appear before the Sessions court on February 11,” said his lawyer, advocate Dipesh Mehta.
